THE MULTI-PURPOSE WORKBOAT (MULTISHIP) 1500. This vessel has been specifically developed to enable it to fulfill numerous rolls and applications across a broad spectrum of marine environments. Designed & Built in Holland to full “Scheepvaart Inspectie Class”  this unique vessel is versatile and strong, capable of undertaking rolls as diverse as Buoy Handling, Dive Support, Harbour Duties, Pontoon Handling, Anchor Handling, Bunkering, Victualing, Towing/Pushing to Passenger & Vehicle Ferries etc. The list is endless. In standard form she offers a simply huge unobstructed deck load space measuring 11m x 4m which can be added to by the addition of a Hiab crane or can be adapted for use as a Ferry with drop down forward ramp etc. A standard container can also be accommodated. In addition the ship can be constructed to 20m length to provide additional deck load space etc. These vessels are already successfully working within the Struckton & Van Der Ven fleet of vessels in the Netherlands. Constructed in 8mm ship grade steel these versatile vessels are tough and robust able to take on any job asked of them.

The 18.30m HIGH TECH DIVING SUPPORT VESSEL built for HYDREX (Belgium) is now well on her way to being finished. These are the latest photos of her taken last week in Holland. The Wheelhouse is now ready to be installed.

At the moment the KARIN S (THE MULTI-PURPOSE WORKBOAT (MULTISHIPpictured below) is under construction and she will enter the rental fleet of the DE ELBURGER SCHEEPSBEMIDDELING B.V. She was on display at the SEAWORK 2008 INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION.

For the Dutch / Belgium company HYDREX we are finishing off a 18.30m HIGH TECH DIVING SUPPORT WORKBOAT. This vessel will be completed by May 2008.

Anti Pollution Workboat Needed in Antwerp Harbour

A Belgium Operating company has awarded the contract to  DE ELBURGER SCHEEPSBEMIDDELING B.V. to build a twin engine 20m x 5m x 1.20m ANTI POLLUTION WORKBOAT. She will be used for cleaning and removal of waste material from the large sea ships in Antwerp Harbour and will be completed & delivered by August 2008.
